Kern der Veranstaltung ist die traditionelle Poster Session, in der Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler aus allen Fakultäten und den An-Instituten ihr Forschungsthema/-projekt vorstellen können. Sie werden an Informationsständen die Gelegenheit haben, mit Ansprechpersonen des Forschungsservice der Universität Rostock und Akteuren aus dem Transfer ins Gespräch zu kommen.
Das Forschungscamp entwickelt sich jedes Jahr weiter. In der Vergangenheit wurde das Programm durch Veranstaltungspunkte wie zum Beispiel Science Slam, Fotowettbewerb, Podiumsdiskussion und der Präsentation von Filmbeiträgen erweitert. Insbesondere für forschungsrelevante Querschnittsthemen wie Digitalisierung, wirtschaftsnahe Forschung, Forschungsdatenmanagement oder Nachhaltigkeit bietet das Forschungscamp Gelegenheit zum Austausch.

At the core of the event is the traditional poster session, in which researchers from all faculties and affiliated institutes can present their research topics or projects. At information stands, they will have the opportunity to talk to representatives from the University of Rostock’s Research Service and stakeholders involved in research transfer.
The Science Camp continues to evolve every year. In the past, the programme has been expanded to include events such as a science slam, a photography competition, a panel discussion and film screenings. The Science Camp offers a particular opportunity for exchange on research-relevant topics such as digitalisation, industry-oriented research, research data management and sustainability.
